At Credent Care, we are dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities to live independently and thrive within their communities. Our Integrated Community Supports (ICS) services provide personalized support and training to individuals aged 18 and older, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

What is Integrated Community Support (ICS)?

ICS is a service designed to assist adults who reside in qualifying settings where the provider has some control over the living unit (e.g., an apartment in a multi-family housing building). Our ICS services offer up to 24-hour support and training in various community living service categories, delivered either in your living unit with Credent Care.

  • 2-Bedroom Apartments

  • 3-Bedroom Apartments

We are currently accepting new applications at multiple locations. Our apartments are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can enjoy independence while receiving the assistance you need.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for ICS services with Credent Care, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.

  • Live in an approved ICS setting where Credent Care provides services.

  • Have an assessed need for support in one or more of the community living service categories.
